My name is Sheri Simmons and I have been the Registrar since Verdigris High School was established in 2001. Prior to coming to Verdigris, I was the Encumbrance Clerk, Superintendent's Secretary, and Activity Fund Custodian at Nowata Schools for 8 1/2 years. My love of school comes from my grandmother. She was an elementary and music teacher. My sister is a Special Education teacher and I have several other family members who have taught school. I love my job and am very blessed to get to work with the faculty, staff, and students I get to work with. Verdigris is a great place to be!
